MIXED ABILITY PILATES: Offering a balanced, full body workout suitable for all experienced levels, this class focuses on building core strength, control and flexibility using body weight exercises, with plenty of options to modify or progress each movement.
ADVANCED PILATES: A dynamic, challenging session designed for those with a solid pilates foundation, who are ready to deepen their strength, control and precision. This class combines classical and contemporary principles with flowing transitions and a strong emphasis on core power, endurance and refined technique.

ANTENATAL PILATES: A gentle, supportive class for all trimesters, designed to help you stay strong, mobile and connected throughout pregnancy. Focus on posture, pelvic floor, nd mindful movement to ease tension and prepare your body for birth.
POSTNATAL PILATES: Suitable from 6 weeks post birth, and 12 weeks post c section, this is a restorative class to help you rebuild strength, stability and confidence after birth- with your baby by your side. Focus on gentle core and pelvic floor recovery, posture and full body conditioning in a calm supportive space.
TRIGGER POINT PILATES: A restorative body conditioning class that blends pilates movement with myofascial release techniques to ease tightness, improve mobility, and restore balance. Using small props like massage balls and rollers, gently relieve tension, realign the body, and leave feeling lighter and more relaxed.
